  • Healthcare Associate/Analyst

    The Innova Group is searching for a qualified Healthcare Associate/Analyst to join our multi-disciplinary planning team and support all aspects of project research, analysis, and deliverable development. The successful candidate will acquire, normalize, query, analyze and document findings of healthcare planning data in support of projects that meet our clients’ needs for market projections, workload studies and resource assessments and facilities planning. The most successful candidate will have and demonstrate skills and experience in a blend of data science, analytics, healthcare focus data management and planning.

    Job Description

    • Use multiple techniques and software (SQL, Excel, Tableau, ARCGIS, etc.) to:
      • Acquire, normalize and analyze multi-sector medical data (patient/facility/physician) utilized in modeling healthcare delivery and developing operational alternatives for healthcare systems
      • Forecast future healthcare utilization through trend analysis and extrapolation
      • Present and display data, analysis and findings to help clients make decisions
    • Research and document best practices, emerging trends
    • Assist in presentation and report productions
    • Develop financial analyses
    • Demonstrate capabilities utilizing healthcare strategy, planning metrics and emerging trends to define operational processes and resource requirements ($$, space and staff) in healthcare planning documents for clinical staff, administrators and architects

    Required Qualifications

    • Entry level knowledge of healthcare services, delivery models, data sets, related codes, and facility, finance and/or operation related planning metrics
    • Ability to create/communicate relevant solutions to complex problems through thoughtful and often complex analyses
    • Demonstrated team player
    • Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in one of the following programs: Healthcare, Business, Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, GIS or other data/analysis intensive major
    • 2-6 years of experience
