We are searching for a qualified Data Analyst/Healthcare Planner I to join our multi-discipline planning team and support all aspects of project research, analysis, and deliverable development. The successful candidate will be acquiring, normalizing, querying and analyzing medical planning data from various sectors in support of projects that meet our clients’ needs for market projections, workload studies and resource assessments and planning.)

Job Description

  • Acquire, normalize and analyze multi-sector medical data (patient/facility/physician)
  • Forecast future healthcare utilization through trend analysis and extrapolation
  • Display data, analysis and findings to help clients make decisions
  • Support other healthcare planning tasks as assigned
  • Demonstrate growing expertise utilizing healthcare planning metrics and emerging trends to define operational and resource requirements ($$, space and staff)

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in one of the following programs: Healthcare, Business, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, GIS or other data/analysis intensive major
  • 0-5 years of experience in Healthcare Planning or other settings that develop meaningful analysis from large and varying data sets
  • Ability to create/communicate relevant solutions to complex problems through thoughtful and sometimes complex analysis
  • Must be a problem solving team player with excellent written communication skills
  • Good verbal communication skills are desirable

Technical Skills Required

  • MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (intermediate proficiency required – Pivot tables, complex “if” statements, conditional formatting)
  • SQL: intermediate proficiency is desirable but not required (import data, indices, query/table development, CTE creation, etc.). Willingness to learn is required
  • Database Application development skills is desirable but not required
  • MS MapPoint capability is desirable but not required
  • Graphics capability is desirable – able to portray data/analysis in a visually pleasing manner

Location/Benefits/Travel

This position is being offered at our Tucson, Austin, Boston, Denver, Washington DC and Atlanta locations. Benefits include paid vacation, healthcare, health savings account, 401K, and profit-sharing. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Limited travel is required for this position.

We are searching for a qualified Senior Analyst/Healthcare Planner II and III to join our multi-discipline planning team and support all aspects of project research, analysis, and deliverable development. The successful candidate will analyze, assist and develop innovative planning solutions for strategic, operational and/or facility planning issues for a multitude of service lines with healthcare system clients.

Job Description

  • Acquire, normalize and analyze multi-sector medical data (patient/facility/physician) utilized in modeling healthcare delivery and developing operational alternatives for healthcare systems
  • Forecast future healthcare utilization through trend analysis and extrapolation
  • Present and display data, analysis and findings to help clients make decisions
  • Demonstrate expertise utilizing healthcare strategy, planning metrics and emerging trends to define operational processes and resource requirements ($$, space and staff) in healthcare planning documents for clinical staff, administrators and architects
  • Assist and conduct strategy, operations and facility evaluations
  • Assist and conduct Facility Master Plans and Regional Health Care System planning
  • Lead, facilitate, guide and oversee analysis and planning on multiple project types and client sectors

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in one of the following programs: Healthcare, Business, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, GIS or other data/analysis intensive major
  • II – 5-10 years of experience in Healthcare strategy, operations and/or facility planning
  • III – 10-15 years of experience in Healthcare strategy, operations and/or facility planning
  • Broad knowledge of healthcare services, delivery models, data sets, related codes, and facility, finance and/or operation related planning metrics
  • Ability to create/communicate relevant solutions to complex problems through thoughtful and sometimes complex analysis
  • Public Speaking
  • Demonstrated team player, mentoring and/or leadership skills

Technical Skills Required

  • MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (intermediate proficiency required – Pivot tables, complex “if” statements, conditional formatting)

We are searching for a qualified Healthcare Planning Lead to join our team and support all aspects of client and project management, project research, analysis, and deliverable development. The successful candidate will be leading, managing, and developing health care planning teams in the data analysis, innovative service delivery solutions and appropriate resource planning for multiple health care systems. This leader will be tasked to listen, identify needs, solutions and potential projects in the stewardship of client service.)

Job Description

  • Educating and mentoring of support planners and analysts
  • Lead, guide and oversee analysis and planning on multiple projects and client sectors
  • Lead facility, service and or strategic planning exercises
  • Model healthcare delivery and operational alternatives for expanding and retracting regional healthcare systems
  • Lead Facility Master Plans
  • Proposal, contract and client relationship management
  • Dedication to firm improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in one of the following programs: Healthcare Administration, Business, Architecture, Industrial Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, operations and/or facility planning
  • Broad knowledge of healthcare services, delivery models, data sets, related codes, and facility, finance and/or operation related planning metrics
  • Ability to create/communicate relevant solutions to complex problems through thoughtful and sometime complex analysis
  • Public Speaking
  • Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills
