With over 30 years in healthcare as a clinician and an MBA from the Eller College of Management, Bryan brings a unique perspective to healthcare planning by combining clinical expertise with a business development acumen.

At The Innova Group, he helps clients align care delivery, staffing, and space planning with long-term goals. His experience includes work with the Veterans Health Administration on Service Delivery Planning, Capital Asset Master Plans, and Feasibility Studies, as well as supporting Indian Health Services and Tribal Health on Program Justification Documents (PJDs), Programs of Requirements (PORs), and Health Services Master Plans.

Known for thoughtful inquiry and active listening, Bryan delivers actionable strategies rooted in data analysis. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and has served on multiple community boards.
