Karthik has a master’s degree in healthcare analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and has expertise in data analysis, using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI, spatial analysis through ArcGIS, and automation of both operational and data workflows using Python. He is also proficient in managing SQL databases and building ETL pipelines to support reliable, scalable data infrastructure. His ability to design dashboards/visualizations and deliver actionable insights helps drive informed decision-making in healthcare. By combining analytical precision with strategic understanding, Karthik contributes to The Innova Group’s mission of delivering high-impact, insight-driven solutions in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Prior to joining The Innova Group Karthik worked as a Senior Validation Analyst/Consultant. In that role, he led full-cycle technology implementation and validation projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder communication, and aligning execution with business and regulatory requirements. This foundation, combined with his graduate training, positions him to bridge technical depth with strategic impact in healthcare environments.
