Elizabeth has supported strategic planning and service delivery planning projects for a variety of healthcare clients for over 5 years at The Innova Group. She specializes in solving healthcare problems utilizing data analytics and GIS to produce data-driven planning solutions and has 25+ years of professional experience in a broad range of GIS and data applications.

Elizabeth’s GIS-based maps and visualizations greatly assist her clients in understanding situations and improving their decision making. Her technical and analytic skills include developing geospatial data, database development and management, spatial analysis of geographic data, cartographic design, and image analysis.

Prior to joining The Innova Group, Elizabeth worked in the environmental consulting industry providing GIS Analytical services to various government and corporate clients. She has experience in project development and management and is proficient in ESRI’s suite of software, including remote sensing techniques using image processing and analysis software.
