Wes has contributed to the healthcare industry throughout his career of nearly 15 years. He utilizes financial and analytical skills gained from roles in consulting and large healthcare delivery systems to inform executive business decisions. He is an advocate for using a data-driven and objective approach when evaluating potential solutions to business challenges. Wes has developed strong communication skills by working closely with financial and operational leaders throughout his career.

Prior to joining The Innova Group, Wes managed the financial operations of the clinical laboratories of a large academic medical center, including billing compliance, departmental budgets (operational and capital), and vendor contracts. Before that, he managed the variable compensation plans for the employed physicians and advanced practice providers of a large multi-specialty medical group. As a consultant, Wes was a key member of a proprietary research team that administered a national provider compensation and production survey.
